An Annual Maintenance Contract keeps a lift safe, available and cheaper to own. Regular preventive attention catches worn ropes, drifting door timing and failing contactors before they become a breakdown with passengers inside.
We offer two plans. Semi-comprehensive covers scheduled visits, labour and minor consumables. Comprehensive additionally covers major components such as controllers, door operators, ropes and drive units. Both include emergency response, and we service lifts of most makes, not only our own.
